No problem – a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns made by mail. - If a non-eligible item is dropped off with your products, please allow an additional processing time of 2-3 weeks.
Refunds
- Once we receive and process your return you will receive a refund of the outstanding balance to the payment method used at checkout. Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 business days.
Holiday Return Policy
- All orders purchased between November 17th through December 31st may be returned up until January 15th, 2025.
- Products must be returned or exchanged unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.

International Orders
- All orders qualify for free shipping
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order.
Returns

Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A Shipping Label will be emailed to you. Send back the returned goods via DHL. Please note, the returns labels expire within 10 days if unused.
Prepaid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Cards
Purchases of E-Gift Cards are not supported for international customers. If you have an E-Gift Card that you would like to redeem, please reach out to [email protected].
